I think the version here on this page may have come out when they re-released on Jarrett/Orangewerks.

Oh. Hmmm, this is the only non-remix version I've heard (or so I thought), so I assumed it was the original. I just listened to the "living in oblivion (Original version) simply the best 90´s HD audio". I think you're totally right. The other ver is much more simplified, almost like a demo. Thx for clearing that up for me! :)

@ladodelapared I would say it is more synthpop. Which has roots in New Wave. It is obvious that during this time (c. 1988) A-Box was influanced by bands such as New Order, Depeche Mode, and other new wave/synth pop styles.

I was lucky enough to photograph A-box in 1990. I have some really great photos of them. Good times!

Most UNDERRATED band of the late 80's and early 90's !!!...

I say "more underrated' not because people doesn't appreciate their music, but they are one of the BEST ELECTRONIC POP bands ever!!..

These guys and others such as "Cause & Effect" will be forever part of the classic and modern electronic music. I think the very best are DPECHE MODE, Kraftwerk, New Order, Erasure, but these guys are just after those historic genius !!...

this version is different than the one i'm used to... the version i'm used to is 5 minutes & has a different intro, though i've heard this one before. Either way, it's a good song! It'll always remind me of my cheesy twirling routine to tryout for our high school band twirling squad...*smirk*

Hey, no shame in maxell or memorex. I too had TAPES. I saw them live in Houston around 86 at Astroworld. I remember those great times. I was chasing so much tail at Astroworld. The first teen dance club I ever went to was Videocity there at the park. I would give all that I am and have to go back and do it again. I can almost remember what I was wearing, and some of the kids I was with. Great memories. Thanks to my Dad for the freedom and trust and understanding. It was not in vain.
