  • Speaking of core strength, I am trying to build core strength, having a repeated umbilical hernia following child birth at 40. Had surgery but stitches broke. I love the feel of these exercises and part of me believes I will be able to do something along these lines, part of me doubts because of the compromised core. Am only at the beginning of this journey, but am not willing to submit to the medical establishment as they only seek to disempower one. Any advice regarding the hernia?

  • @eminence18 you use your core strength which takes weight off the arms. It is mostly about core connection.

  • @CoachTara I see that does make sense. But your wrists are still bent rank especially that upside down one. I can handle pushups but it looks like you can handle a lot. I'm jelious
