@KaiitlynMariissaNaz Go through the rituals...rock it, pat it's back, talk to it...change it's diaper, clothes, feed....you'll get it figured out!!!! Best of luck!!!
@TheZombiesExist I would contact your teacher and inform him/her. My daughter's had a problem because she got TWO of the same color diapers and so the sensors didn't think she changed the diaper. Go through sequence...rock it, pat it gently, change it's diaper, and feed it..... If nothing works, call your teacher and discuss...maybe you got a wrong bracelet match...good luck!
@TexasMom17 Thank you SO much. My teacher called my mom and she said she would fix it for next weekend. For now, she said to wrap it in a blanket and put it in the closet. Haha!
@TheZombiesExist ROFL....poor baby.... Sorry you had a rough time there...but I've had 4 children and some days, I think they did cry most of the day... Let me know how it goes when it's working properly!!! Best of luck!
Head drops are the worse part of the whole experience! To anyone who is going to have this thing, don't walk and feed it at the same time! I'm warning you it's difficult!
@breemakail The school had several types of races and this is the one that my daughter was assigned to bring home and learn the lesson she was to get from having it all weekend.
I get one next weekend 20-22. The weekend I lead cheer for Kids and am going prom dress shopping just because my grandma wanted to know what they were like.
I have to say this is pretty fun though I got two of them a few weeks ago and had to redeo cause they were fucked up. I am 15 and have a child on the way. I am ready emotionally though not financially.
@justin7674 That child will be dependent upon you for its needs for at least the next 18 years. I can assure you that everyday will not be fun! Best of luck to you!
@zeebykate17 Yes, it will definitely do that! I was the oldest of 5. I had the real deal at my house...big dose of reality! I wasn't interested in birthing or raising children for quite a while after that!
Haha my cousin had this doll she was 13 and thought babies are easy because she helped out with her twin baby brothers. Her sister had this doll so we decided that her little sis should take care of it. In like a half hour she threw the doll out her room and said I should do it. After that she said she don't want no kids
I get mine Friday and have it for the whole weekend until Monday morning everyone said that it was awful and cried all the time! I wonder how I will do...
@underworldluver No one should have a real baby until they can care for it with love. It's a sacrifice..your freedom, rest, and time for a child created by two loving adults to come into this world!!! 18 years minimum of taking care of it...NOT worth it, until you are financially and mentally ready for it. Enjoy our life while you are young and get a secondary education...you'll be glad you did. Best of luck.
Those babies are so annoying but that's what makes them do what they are meant to do, make kids realize how much work being a parent is, and they sure do their job well..
@iluvhermitcrabs18 ....and for all the teens to think about, once you get a REAL baby...you will have it in your care for 18 years...to feed, clothe, shelter, direct.
@mysweet6teen1234 Yes, and in real life...you have to stay up all night tending and feeding the child and in the daytime...go to work and/or school. I've had 4 children and I've been exhausted every day since 1985 when the first one was born....lol. Enjoy your life....go to college and get that career first.
Don't you think you should be thinking about your future and planning on college then having a career first before you think about boys and babies? If you think this doll is bad and by your own Mouth you say it's driving You Crazy what about a real baby for the next 18 years? You haven't even begun an adult life yet to see what that is like being an independent woman on your own,you have a baby and your life is over before it even starts, and don't go crying to your Mother for help grow up first
@Maskedman46 Amen...my same sentiments in comments! There seems to be a trend occurring amongst teens in high school right now...pregnancy pacts. I PITY their choices! Babies can wait...boys can wait. Find yourself....focus on career... A child does NOT make your life better nor does it give you the love you think you are seeking. It is responsibility...and one that you are NOT ready for until you are older...and wiser! Thank you MM for watching, commenting, and sharing wisdom! :) :) :) :)
@Maskedman46 P.S....also, as a mom, this was a good eye opening experience being a high school project; however, my only wish is the students keep it for longer than 2 days!!!!!!! Thanks again MM!!
i agree every high school needs this class, I think they need to get rid of the new Magnetic bracelet and bring back the Keys, back in my day....ROFL (god i feel old) anyways the key was annoying as helll.
@bobwinkerbean ROFLMBO...I didn't know about the keys...that is funny... I loved it with this dtr as teacher gave her wrong electronic diapers and baby never thought it had been changed...EXTRA cry time....lol. I told her a REAL baby doesn't always stop crying when diaper was changed...so she got an extra special lesson. No more baby wanting talk from her! LOL. Thx for commenting!!
@thefashionister Yes, EVERY high school needs this program. It is very stressful to have a child at any age.....for some reason many teens think having a child will give them all the love the are seeking and happiness... Thanks for commenting!!!!
Omg this is the most frustrating thing ever :/ got baby over weekend ugh but I'm doing just fine lol :D
