Patric Steward was in the movie as an actor. They put some CGI over the actor to make him look younger. I think this movie was not needed because X2 already told this story. The why they used flashbacks in X2 was much better telling of the origins then this crap.
i agree Gambit Emma Scott Xavier was not really needed. did you notice how the lab scene and his dogtags did not look or match up to his flashes and dreams shown in x-1 and 2 that what pissed me off the most. how could they call it a prequell to the singer films if it ignored that makes no sense. in my opion Wolverine and x-3 are stand alone films.
To be honest no, I did not notice the difference. To be fair to the movie it would be hard to match up the set exactly to the original, unless they kept the same set. There was so much wrong with that movie the set and the dog tags are low on my list. One thing that also did not match up is Sabartooth's look. He looked completely different. I agree with you though. X-3, and Wolverine are bad movies.
Given that this was all the late 70s i think it would have been to early for X-23. Good review though. I think i would have given it a solid C personally but yeah, there was alot of stuff wrong with it. They really squandered the whole Team X stuff. They could have done so much more. But i think i might get kinda pumped for a Wolverine sequel as long as it doesn't have barakapool in it. Really looking forward to a Deadpool Spin-off though.
Nice job. I would've loved to see X-23 and Lady Deathstrike on the big screen! Not in the film of course, since it destroys every character it touches, but maybe someday 20th Century Fox will take it's head out of it's ass and wise up. Someday.
hey nice vid as usual :), i thought the wolverine movie was rubbish ,they ruined the storyline so much and gambit had a total screen time of about 10 mins or less wich was relly relly disapointing
the director wasn't the problem though. It was tom rothmam, who also made X3 what it was [although I liked it].
Apparently rothman's gone and singer is back, so while I liked all the X-men movies, they can get back to being as good as before...

they need Bryan Singer or David Hayter back cause x-1 and 2 is still the best x-men films in my opion. great review.
