hi guys.. today i bought this supplement ., but i think all creatine products needs loading stage with the powders but what about this AMP??
i used it before and after my workout , and i drink a lots of water .. any advices for using it .. and can i use the whey protein in the same day .. ?? i think this too much for the renal system and with much using of those its lead to body systems damage..
@memi424 hey what i do when loading creatine i take 20 grams a day for one week. After that i take one cap in the morning to get in in my system and one after my workout to resupply my body to creatine. Try to drink 1gallon of water a day.
people who say creatine is fake or a waste are clearly uneducated, yes it does bring water into your muscles bringing more mass, allowing heavier weight and more nutrients being absorbed into your muscles for extra strength, it also acts as a backup energy source for immense sessions, 5-15 seconds.
creatine isnt cool at all, all it does is pump water into your muscles, to make it look like your have big muscles but when it comes down to it you dont, with creatine its all show no go, but if thats what ya like this is a great product.

I also noticed that your body produces its on creatine. but how can your muscles be "real mucsles" if there filled with water? When you work out does it turn that water into muscle?.......again sorry lol
@96blueball your muscles are mostly water in the first place, the density of the fibers is what makes it feel like "muscle" but its still mostly water...
@michelR90 truly i think it makes you sweat out the water and swells the muscle and it gives room for the muscle fibers to grow into the space the water has provided
@Khai1290 the more intensity you have during workouts, and the more you push yourself to "AMP" limits. then you will start seeing resluts, there is no exact time i can tell you that you will see results, but if you train hard and eat good....you will gain good muscle

Definitly break in half it absorbs alot quicker, and I've even found not breaking it in half you will find it in your stool still greatly solidified
