This interview is informative and interesting but I believe it can be improved by more eye contact with the audience from both the interviewer and the subject and by using b-roll footage while the subject is talking. This helps illustrates his points visually. More eye contact would help the viewer feel more involved in the interview. There are also a few places at the end where background noise can be heard.
