I used the GoPro Helmet Hero. Recording time is limited by data storage or battery life. The battery will only last two hours if you leave it continuously running, but I turned mine off and on when I came up to the obstacles. I would not recommend recording the entire race. Recording yourself running through the woods is not very exciting footage to go back and watch. Beware: these cameras do not float, so if it falls off your head during the lake jump your screwed.
Hey good video! Im doing my second mudder in nov. and am hoping to get a head cam. What camera did you use, how long did the battery last? Every cam i see battery lasts around 2 hours... im not slow but no way can finish that fast haha I DONT NOT WHINE KIDS WHINE!
