    I do the same exercise with 1X32Kg kettlebell. I always assumed i was the only one to do this form of kettle exercise. I ussually do one burpee to one lift in the first part, in the 2nd about 3-10 burpees per lift for extra diffuculty. I always time the exercise going for endurance.

    You should do a press-up when you're in the press-up position, that would make these "bastard burpees"... good for a challenge!
