does anyone know if the proto ran Evo running gear as well as the engine? or was it a different setup? quite an interesting car to research up on!

@CitroenScotland I think it's complete Evo Gear With shortened drive shaft.

@CitroenScotland Confirmed, everything it's from an Evo, including engine, transmission, diferentials and suspension.
Yes, It's a 4x4 C2 with a 2.0l Turbo Mitsubishi Lancer Engine.
It's been used for gravel rally and ice racing in Spain.

What is a Citroen C2 Proto - is it a 4x4?
I found several pics on a spanish speaking website, but I don't understand a word.
I always thought about a C2 4x4 for the Rallye DAkar - it would be great!
