AcroHAWK wooooooo new video brotha ..hey think you could upload a video of you doing a L sit to a hand stand using 2 chains so when you get into handstand you can do a deep deep push up ....im just curious how far you've came in that aspect of handstands also im currently training in that area for the last few weeks including the gym rings ...ps. whats your status and opinion on gym rings i find they help plache a lot
@sk8forlifebitch I will see what i can do. The city i live in has removed most of the rings and gymnastics bars. I have heard there are still one pair in a cetain park. I am going to check it out. I used to do alot of v sit presses to and handstand on the rings. If I find them I will post a video.
I think rings help alot with your over al strength, balance and help give your shoulders more range of motion if you use them alot.
