A key to defense in the game comes way before you're hemmed in in your own end. The neutral zone is where the defense begins. When I play the computer they end up dumping the puck in 90% of the time in which case I can easily retrieve it if you utilize both defense and the boards. Really the only time I don't retrieve on an oppenents dump and chase is when they set their forecheck to 3-2 and then they only maintain possession 50% of the time. The other 50% it's an odd man rush the other way!

These Videos are really good, Also you can do like Power Play and Penalty kill tips along with like strengths and weaknesses of each team maybe. But great video. You should have like at least 1k subs. Hopefully me and you will rise and have like 1-5k subs eventually
