When you're on this escalator, a feeling takes over you. Somewhat fear, and somewhat excitement. I cannot even explain the amazing experience this escalator brings to your senses. If you have never been on an escalator like this before, it will completely amaze you and you will never forget it. WARNING IF YOU ARE AFRAID OF HEIGHTS DO NOT GO ON THIS ESCALATOR. I have just about no fear of heights and I was scared....
I use the Rosslyn station to go to work and walk up the entire escalator everyday. It is so long that when nobody is in front of you, it is like having your own personal stairway to Heaven. If Wikipedia is to be believed, this is the third longest continuous escalator in the world.
