I'm a new gunsmith. I've figured new ways to make a 50 cal sniper rifle that can easily hit it's mark by 1 mile. Is it illegal perhaps to take a picture from like halo 3 the SMG (small machine gun) and turn that into a PSD weapon? I think so that you should try to create a pilot system about your invention. By that you can try to find out whether your system works or not. I know from practice that in the case of energy related inventions even the miniatyrized pilot systems may be very cost intensive.

Here you gotta first register by Mail to use the online Patent Search stuff. And you don't get any usefull information out of it, because they wan't money for more then the Basic Information (wich as far as i know doesn't include the full adress)
