I know that PS3 games are not region locked BUT, can you use the saved data from a PAL game with a NTSC game, or vice-versa?

Let say hypothetically that I buy this PAL limited edition game for the steelbook case. Will I be able to continue from the part I saved, from the NTSC game I rented?

I just wished they brought more of these steelbook cases over to North America. Over in Europe you guys have so many limited steelbook games, such as Killzone 2 & 3, Prince of Persia LBP2, etc...

Not fair how UK ppl or some wat get to have steelbook cases for mostly all their collectors and limited edition why not the US. Its mostly plastic cases i want more steelbook cases.

I dunno, Move lacks decent software and I'm yet to find anyone that is really impressed by 3D. I personally choose to see films in 2D if it's possible.

I am a 3D adopter, and apart from the films (main reason for purchase), the games in 3D are pretty good, Gears of War 3, and Crysis 2 (PS3) are exceptional in 3D!

Move, I agree, lacks decent software, I have barely used it since day one.

Kinect, since day one purchase, has been much fun, and very well supported. I think the full body experience tips it over the edge in terms of enjoyability over MOVE.

Yes fanboys, I own both consoles. Win Win! :D

@pokedamond Well, I think the reason is that earlier in like 2009, Sackboy plushes WERE offered to the UK (if you were one of the first 1000 I think?) who subscribed to LittleBigPlanet's Channel (Mm) and left your address along with your comment. So I think that they needed to give NA more of that benefit, because the Sackboy plushes were so wanted. Then again, The Collector's Case in EU did miss a few things like 4 costumes (Jak, Daxter, Ratchet, Clank), and the book (or game) ends. So, yeah :P

@AgentMcQueen It was only available in Game and Gamestation. I believe Game have sold out and so have Gamestation. I believe you should be able to pick one up at Amazon or Ebay. I wouldn't get a used one though because someone probably snabbed the code. And without the code, you may aswell get the normal one. Unless you are a lunatic over SteelBook cases.

I wouldn't say it's bad at all. The american version came with a deformed sackboy plush and 2 "bookends" which were just pieces of wood with 2D sackboy pictures on them. They also had to pay more, it wasn't great. UK version has an awesome looking steelbook case too. I would understand if they were charging £60 for this, but it was nearly the standard price of a game.

This happened with more than just LBP.... Dead Space 2 also got stripped down for us Europeans... I sure hope they dont cut down Killzone 3's Helghast edition...

Standard: $53.88, Collectors: $77.54. If you directly convert it then it would appear around the price ours was, but the amount they earn is also in proportion. They are paying a fair amount more than their standard version, and what they got wasn't great. It doesn't matter where the game was made. I know we often get less, I just can't complain about getting a metal case, multiple costumes and avatars for near standard price.
