It comes down to respect. YouTube is all about sharing and interacting with the community in respectful ways. the parents take the kid to the holy man for his name giving ceremony. the holy man coughs and they think 'cough cough' is the name. this kid grows up with the shameful name and answers every time someone coughs. now when his own child is born and he goes to the holy man. this dude tries to cough again. this time the dad gives him glycodin (cough syrup) and the impressed holyman names the kid 'glycodin'....whatever the holy man says the first time becomes the name of the kid.
