You guessed it. Not to eat of the tree of good & evil. Man was given a choice, just like Satan, but in making this choice, he also chose spiritual death. Satan tricked man because he knew that if he could get man to distrust God & believe He was witholding something good, that man's act of disobedience would open the door for Satan to be the God of this world. The only redemption man has now is through the sacrifice that Jesus made. Through Jesus we can reclaim our right standing with God.

@omgearwax Those are very good questions & I think it is ok with God that we ask these hard questions. He made us thinking beings which is part of that free choice question you asked. I guess the best way to explain this question is to think how empty a relationship would be with anyone if they were made to like us or love us. It wouldn't be very special or real if they didn't freely choose to be with us. Same with God. He made us thinking beings & He gave us free will to choose.

Because of sin, the door was opened for satan to take our dominion in the earth from us. Had we (Adam & Eve) not made the wrong choice, man would have dominion over the earth as God intened & stated in Genenis chapter 1. But all hope is not gone, many Christians do not even know that through Jesus we can take back our dominion in the earth.

We should " Praise him in the Storm" My neice died just last month at the age of 30 with a rare brain disease, she's not suffering anymore, but her 4 year old little girl, will always know that no matter what, God is there for her. i just got in a huge fight with my girlfriend...she left...i came inside, collapsed by my couch and prayed to God..i gave my everything to him and he is real..he really is..i felt instant relief and i know that me and my girlfriend will get married and spend the rest of our lives in God's loving arms. I can't tell you how many times I replayed this video during a very painful time in my life. I know this song to be truth, a truth that the world really can't understand, but Praise is spiritual warfare. This is why God often sent forth the praisers first in battle. It confused the enemy & it still does. You guessed it. Not to eat of the tree of good & evil. Man was given a choice, just like Satan, but in making this choice, he also chose spiritual death. Satan tricked man because he knew that if he could get man to distrust God & believe He was witholding something good, that man's act of disobedience would open the door for Satan to be the God of this world. The only redemption man has now is through the sacrifice that Jesus made. Through Jesus we can reclaim our right standing with God.

@omgearwax Those are very good questions & I think it is ok with God that we ask these hard questions. He made us thinking beings which is part of that free choice question you asked. I guess the best way to explain this question is to think how empty a relationship would be with anyone if they were made to like us or love us. It wouldn't be very special or real if they didn't freely choose to be with us. Same with God. He made us thinking beings & He gave us free will to choose.

Because of sin, the door was opened for satan to take our dominion in the earth from us. Had we (Adam & Eve) not made the wrong choice, man would have dominion over the earth as God intened & stated in Genenis chapter 1. But all hope is not gone, many Christians do not even know that through Jesus we can take back our dominion in the earth.

He was beautiful & so was his voice, but then he began to become full of himself as we would say. He even thought he would over take God so God cast him out of heaven along with a third of the angels that Satan had convinced. They are now called demons btw. I love this song so much it truly speaks to me. i put in for a promotion at work that would have helped me and my future wife with wedding cost. but it went to another girl whom did things at work that bosses didnt know about. but i told my future wife that we wouldnt be bitter towards our lord. she currently cant understand why somthings that she had been praying for got answered but the one that truly would have helped us didnt. she is a new christian and her faith isnt strong. please pray.

When we say this for you it is usually coming from someone who honestly believes we will not see you in eternity, and wants to help yu. However we as true christians must also understand and respect the feelings of others, and so i say, I'm praying for you, and please read a bible, respectfully.

When you die your body is put under 6 feet of ground for an "eternity" other than that nothing else happens. @castevenp13 Keep praying for your friend but don't pressure him, as you will drive him away. We are in a similar situation. My sons friend is under the devil, and is in a really bad way. He desperately needs saving. Ask God to guide you. Sometimes people find God later in life.

So many times we go through trials and tribulations, but nothing changes, God is always with us. We should " Praise him in the Storm" My neice died just last month at the age of 30 with a rare brain disease, she's not suffering anymore, but her 4 year old little girl, will always know that no matter what, God is there for her. Thank You Lord for being our Saviour
