@sxw I believe they are on here, but the seasons are usually one ahead since most people think about the pilot season being an actual season. Season 1 is usually thought of as Season 2, Season 2 is usually thought of as Season 3, Season 3 is usually thought of as Season 4, Season 4 is usually thought of as Season 5, Season 5 is usually thought of as Season 6, Season 6 is usually thought of as Season 7, Season 7 is usually thought of as Season 8, and Season 8 is usually thought of as Season 9.
@JLC31383 Ok I think they used this closing for like 3-4 years and it would show the production stuff first like the Top Kick Productions, Columbia Pictures, Rudy/Grief Company, and CBS Productions all that was shown first in the end credits of the original CBS run. Most of what all I have found on youtube is the USA syndicated endings.
@sxwrulz I have actually seen all 208 episodes in the series as I have all 8 seasons on DVD. The pilot episode followed by two regular episodes in the pilot season are included with the episodes on Season 1. The closing on this particular video was used just in the pilot season. Season 1 used a song without words that sounded pleasant. The first half of Season 2 used another song without words that sounded fierce. The official theme song was used in the second half and every season after that.
@JLC31383 I have the series too on DVD and they use the same thing as USA and other syndicated versions use. The one I am talking about was used by CBS from like season 3-5 when they did the split screen stuff and talked about upcoming programming that week on CBS or who was going to be on Letterman that week.
It was the one they used in the pilot and the two episodes that followed it. The well-known one was not used until the second half of the second season.
Yeah, before the first season started in the spring of 1993- there was a pilot season with the two-hour long pilot episode followed by two regular episodes. C.D. Parker was played by Gailard Sartain in the pilot episode and got replaced with Noble Willingham when the regular series started. Marshall Teague played the villain in the pilot episode and returned in the series finale playing another villain. He had appeared on the show several times as a different character everytime. Best show ever!
