the cookies looked mois then dry at end...did u bake them? also....coconut oil and cashews are so high in fat....im worried about cholestrol going up...any opions?
I am very leery about cashews, which are too starchy. Because of their milky consistency, they tend to be a favorite amongst raw-foodists. I also believe they're very acid. We've got to realize that making dietary transitions, it becomes time to make it full, to a new way of thinking and standards of taste. We spend too much time trying to recapture the very tastes and sensations that got us jammed up in the first place. Just food for thought.
where do you live? ha ha ha, no wait, we can!!! I LOVE the background on your profile!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wow, it's sooo beautiful. I do collages and yours resonates with me and that's awesome!

Where is the recipe for this??? looks good
care4health 3 years ago
you ask you get:
grind 1&1/2 cup of cashews to flour
add 1/4 cup each: vanilla agave/coconut oil
make cacao chips using
coconut butter mixed with cacao powder and agave.
spread on plate, freeze, chop up, mix in. make cookie shapes and put in fridge! DONE
JohnnyRawAppleseed 3 years ago
flour isn't considered a raw item
slyth13 3 years ago
you grind the cashews until they are the consistency of flour :)
kismetprismatism 3 years ago 6
yes, but your grinding nuts sooo its not actually "flour" its nut powder. got it.
