I've read the highly interesting book that everyone must read before he makes any judgements of what happened in SA. I must say that I am full of respect to the brave, kind-hearted, and simply amazing man that wrote it. He is a real hero and my heart goes to him. May God bless him.

I also only heard stories of where SWAPO units attacked and murdered defenceless people on farms. Old people and children. also there is no reason to believe that the rest of the "Koevoet" operatives were any different from De Kock since De Kock acted just in the same mission as the rest of Koevoet: destroy the "enemy" = kill (and torture to get "intel") Swapo and other resistance organisations members (since the apartheid regimes so called "counter insurgency" warfare was nothing else then pure state sponsored terrorism with its most outstanding feature: a total lack of respect for human life)
