We just studied this song in my grade 12World Religions class. It's pretty much just asking why we can't all just agree to believe what we want to without forcing our beliefs on the other religions and how we can believe in more than one if we choose to.

He's basically asking why many of us think there is only one way when there could very well be many ways all at once.

He believes in Jesus and Buddha according to the song, meaning he feels there's more than just one way.

I was right beside whoever you are that filmed this! Coachella rocked! I paid a lot more in gas than you drivin' to phoenix from Colorado, carpoolchella from there. But it was more than worth it, did you play that huge drum kit? Made me vibrate like never before.
