@smack450 oh im sorry, not the motor housing.you need to overlap the viber glass from the motor mount and foam, cause thats the part of the plane is cracking due to extensive vibration of the motor. its the foam near the the motor mount is cracking
@smack450 its a helli motor turnigy 1600 kv, 200 amps ESC hobbyking simple, then I cut down my apc prop 7X5 to 5.75X5, 3000 mha 40c to 80c 6 cell, only outside of the motor mount area has the fiber glass.
@vher143 Thanks very much, i just finished the plane with the 1450kv 90-100a setup, have not flown it yet, but much rather prefer yours!!! My problem is not that i glued my rear canopy over the esc so i do not know how to remove it to change to a bigger one. What is your planes weight? I really like your rear canopy mod/angle cut to remove and access esc... Do I have to fiberglass the area around the motor? I have the aluminium motor mount on it...
@smack450 I suggest you put a fiber glass on the motor mount side they do crack after a while of flying, you can still use a bigger ESC, just cutt some foam on the rear inner part, thats how my other freinds did it, just slide ESC through the back.Soory I dont know the weight of my plane one thing I know Its is heavy maybe 4 to 5 pounds

What turnigy 1600kv motor did you use to get that 186mph video? Also what esc did you use? Weight? Is it fiber glassed?
