  • 9 OUT OF 199, 877 VIEWERS LOVE JUSTIN BIBER.

  • 9 people dont have a gutiar.

  • Some of theses chords are wrong :x

  • @ohmyBeth tru tru

  • thankss :)!

  • I know i probably sound retarded for asking this, but what does the X stand for on the e string?

  • @AwhiteBEANER30 i means you dont play that string =p rest your thumb on it while you strum is the easiest way :)

  • @RSchrisykane Alright thanks :)

  • @AwhiteBEANER30 mute it and or dont strum that string

  • Can someone please tell me the actual strumming for this?

  • Oh my god.

    So easy ;D

    Than you dude

  • Thank you so much :) ive got to perform this song at my school's summer fair on Sunday and this helped a bunch xxx

  • Ummm this is completely wrong...for me at least... the chords are nothing like they should be...

  • @pearypants44 very true. haha i watched like 3 vids of gaskarth playing this song, the chords on this video might sound right, but there almost compltely wrong.

  • how do i read this? are the ones goin across the strings? or the ones goin down?

  • wuts a palm mute??

  • @brennen30 nevermind i youtubed it.

  • @footootie lol me 2

  • I play 1st verse : Cadd9, Em, Cadd9 A7

    and not Cadd9, A7, Cadd9, A7

    But both sound good :)

  • ah.. so a few of the chords just dont soubd right... is it just me or.. but your video is helping me alot thank you

  • this was so helpful and easy! thank you. <3 and to those of you who are beginners (like me) and don't have a capo: you can make a homemade one out of two pens and rubberbands, it'll work just fine lol. :)

  • 8 people never fell in love

  • i LOVE this song.

dont have a capo tho :(

  • @ih8u13 I made one with a pensil and rubber bands

look it up on youtube its pretty easy

  • why cant all tutorials be this easy?

  • easier than i thought it would be.

  • Do we have to use a capo? Because I'm a beginner & I don't wanna go out and buy one just yet. D:

  • @jazmynsmile theres an easier version without the capo!

put your index finger on the first string, second fret and strum for 4 beats, then change chord to an E minor (keep your index finger where it is, then put your middle finger on the 2nd string one fret down and your ring finger on the 3rd string on the 4th fret and strum 4 beats.)

then put your ring finger on the 3rd fret of the first string for 4 beats.

then put your index on the first fret of the 3rd string for 4 beats :D

  • @gogovideo10 Thanks! because I had a friend who told me to make a capo, and she did the whole pencil & rubber band thing, and the strings sounded weird and I dont wanna get a capo now, so thanks!

  • We want the same thing for if it means a lot to you :)

  • After the G in the chorus I think an Em sounds better than what they have there, and after the A7 I think a G fits better

  • If you want answers to your questions on how to play guitar go aperson38 channel he really helped me.

  • what does "palm mute" mean? I'm guessing its instead of strumming, so how do you play it?

  • @XDcraziXD you put your palm of your strumming hand on the strings near the bridge .. its more like the side of your hand right at the top.. then play the strings like taht

  • 0:39 -- what does the "4th" represent?!

  • @HughJassBard The fourth fret. It makes it a more compact easier to read Tableture.

  • how many times do i do the strumming pattern before i change chord? :S

  • @xNiixNiix four times. (:

  • what does 1st on the top left represent?

  • can you please please please do acustice version of jasey rae by all time low pretty pretty please your videos are kinda the only way i learn how to play songs and i really wanna learn how to play that song so please!

  • so is an x above the line mean u are not supposed to play those strings when playing that chord? if that made sense...... basically asking what the x's at the top are for. :)

  • this is really helpful :D i just had a little help from my neighbor who plays guitar and this video and i can play this song already :D

  • Please do "She Makes Dirty Words Sound Pretty"

    Thank you very much.

  • ???? so frustrated can anyone plzzz help im barley learning how to play guitar. how do you read this ??? like what fret would it be???

  • ok im barley learning hw to play guitar. but i dont know how to read this can anyone help plzzzz. is the tuning standard????

  • fuck those talkind douches this rocks!

  • when it says 4th or 5th does it mean from the capo

  • @serenaally i think it does.

  • @beccabear3000 Thank you :)

  • my hand is too small and my fingers too stubby for that 5th fret stretch hahah :(

  • i don't get the whole 4th and 5th thing :/

  • does anybody know the strumming patterns?

  • @robinresolute down down up down up and repeat that 4 times. i think. (:

  • thank you, i figured it out myself and got all of it right, the only thing i couldn't get was the 5th fret thing, so thanks for that :).

  • I think it's pretty annoying that you describe some chords as the "4th" and "5th", while they're just the CaddD and the Em but in a higher octave. That aside, I think you did a wonderfull job and you really helped me out! Thanks! :)

  • I don't get the strumming how you say it's d.d.u.d.u. what's that suppose to mean..? LIke i almost have the strumign but i cant get it rigth could you help?

  • @KelleighKiteFly Down, Down, Up, Down, Up. I think that's what you were asking? Hopefully, that helps....

  • im a beginner , im getting all of this ... but im not getting the strumming patern , whats d.d.u.d.u ? :S

  • @Melisaurx down down up down up. Good luck(:

  • @OMGWoW12345678910 i feel stupid now :$ but thank you very much !

  • @Melisaurx Don't worry about it. You're welcome.

  • man, I suck at guitar. I find this really hard, but the vid is really really helpful. :) thanks bro! or sis... whatever.

  • dunt have a cappo >.> really helpful though, i had ways XD

  • @melynx901z you dont really need a capo.

  • this video was posted on my birthday lol

  • Could you please write down the chords for this song? Like in order, for example; e, am, a, etc.. I know those aren't the chords for it, but that's an example. It would really help me out a lot! Thanks so much.

Btw this video is fantastic! It did help me out a lot.

  • this is fantastic. just what i was looking for :)

  • can you please write these out instead of powerpoints... ? please! it'd be freaking amazing.. you know printsouts and stuffff. that would be the most amazingest thing you could do ever. i love these videos. easy to teach but i can bring around in my pockets.... so ya. i wanna print out the chords and such. Thanks and i love you

  • whats a g cord what frets? idk lol

  • @ryuuko I believe the g cord is on the fourth fret is sounds right when I play it! haha =D

  • @ryuuko1 You really should know what frets are if you're learning this...

  • Is this played on a steel string..?

  • Yeah.

  • circles mean that you strum that string as well to make it have an open sound. the x means that you dont strum that string. hope that helped.

  • just in case most of you dont know, you need a capo on the 2nd fret... otherwise it doesnt sound like remembering sunday at all lol.

  • @Dougmon93 But could it be played without one??

  • i dont think so... capos arent much. they're like 20 bucks i think.

  • What strings do I strum on the very first chord? For some reason the first two chords sound almost identical for me.

  • the last 5

  • last 5 as in strings 2-6? (the top 5)?

  • yeah 2-6

  • Why does my plam mute sounds like crap ? :/

  • move your palm closer to the bridge of the guitar

  • NO BIEN! i can't get the frikkin strumming doen! D: I keep having my friend show me, and i keep getting it but i keep forgetting the rythm! D: Granted iv learned this WHOLE song in 2 days and iv never picked up a guitar in my life. I have ths vid tabbed in favs!!!

  • this is the best tab I've foundand it's really the right one so I recommend you use it but the capo is required

  • good vid, makes it simple to get at least the basics down. much appreciated :)

  • Due to i have never held a guitar in my life this is soo confusing, but i really need to learn it on guitar. :S whats up and down!! AHHH good video for someone who knows what there doing though lol

    x

  • the lines going down are the strings. the lines going sideways are frets. if there is an x above a string, dont strum it.

    x

  • Learn some chords and basic strum patterns first. I just got a guitar a week ago and have not ever picked one up before that. Up means you strum up on the strings (backwards). Down means you strum down. (normal)

  • What does Em/B mean?

  • it means that the chord is an E minor with a B in the bass. If you'll notice on the chord figure, the low E string isn't played.

  • its a chord

  • the capo is supposed to be on the 3rd fret!!!

  • no its not

  • This is a good way to learn how to play song's. Shit, It took me like 7-10 minutes to learn it.

  • i wanna learn this song soo bad i cant moove my fingers that fast cuz it is my second day i am just learning and i switched from the violin... i couldnt vibrato.... =p but i can catch the 2 stumation type thingy majic and it still sounds great!!! =]

  • Palm mute with power chords.

  • how do you do a palm mutee ?

  • 0:15 avenged A7X!! fuck yeah! :D

  • haha

  • nice try anyway.

    but listen to the music.

you got the intro right, but right when he sings, it repeats.

  • you man sorry to break it to you but these tabs are wrong. right when Alex starts to sing you plays the notes as the very beginning. TO REALIZE THAT ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS JUST LISTEN FOR THE NOTES

  • this is actually extremely helpful! thanks youuu!

  • what's that first chord?

  • Comment removed

  • the first chord is Cadd9, minus the ring finger

  • starting at 0.38 is it from the capo or from the very first fret?? im new to guitar

    reply please

  • The fret below the capo will be the first fret. In this case the capo is on the second fret so the third fret will now have become the first fret.

  • 4th from the capo

  • Nope the capo is on the 2nd Fret

  • This video was so fucking helpful!!! Thanks!

  • how do u do the palm mute???

  • put you palm down at the brige while u picking you better search it on youtube there many videos which can help you alot

  • at touch the strings wth you palm down at the bridge so to hear a mute sound

    hope it helps!

  • Just strum but rest your palm on the strings xD

  • the circles are open strings

  • okay i am a complete and total newbie thanks for this but umm.. in each part do we hit all the strings or just some of them? as for you guitar n00b like me you should look up how to read tabs and then look at this again Xp some of it is explaining the scale i think? like eminor or w/e im not sure it might be the chords? help me here please im not really sure whats up with this all I know is im starting to actually play my guitar. XP ~sam

  • This was very helpfull and usefull for me to learn how to play this song on guitar during my free time. Thankyou very much for posting this tutorial. :)
