Dentistry is quite primitive and extremely expensive in most western countries. Dentist refuse to even think outside the box when it comes to some treatments, they don't listen to patient concerns and only think with their wallets. Some treatments can cost more then putting a new roof on your house. some dentist get it, most don't though.
