I argue that the madden curse struck again with Favre. Not only did he put green bay through the media ringer, but he blew the last 4 games of the year to cost the jets the playoffs, tore a biceps tendon, and led the league in interceptions (which is something that's par usual for him I might add)

So yeah, until further notice, I'm buying the curse. It doesn't have to be an overt injury in my opinion, but the players do become irrelevant FAST after they are on the cover, at least so far.
