I loved The Bangles when I was young, but the kids I hung out with, only listened to Montley Crue, Megadeath anything heavier. So I kept it a secret haha. I still love them
@KabbalahTJ Just how I feel now, I grew up a lot since I was 8 years old. I like everything. I even listen to Fred Astaire, Lamb of God, Motley Crue, The Mama's and the papas and Mozart Music is beautiful! :)
The Go-Go's are now kaput,Bananarama are long gone,Etc....But,The "Gurls"still command respect,I believe,and love for continuing on..and,Believe It or not,They're celebrating their 30th Year in the Business! Now,THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING 'BOUT! More power to them..and,God Bless 'Em!
They were seriously mismanaged, mis-used and messed up throughout their early career (by men). Its amazing they came back together in 1999 after that experience (a lot older but a lot wiser too).

The Bangles are highly underrated. Who could dislike a mixture of the Beach Boys, Beatles and Simon & Garfunkel with some Prince for good measure.
