Adele's version of "Lovesong" is amazing and I'm glad that she didn't do a literal remake of The Cure's version of the song. Her version is more meloncholy and reminiscient of a love that she had, lost and is still in love with. The Cure's version is about a love that is still shared between two people and how much one person values what they have. It's all in the phrasing.
