This is the game to get, not inFamous. inFamous is junk... I said this a year ago when it in early development.

Neat that they did the Superhero thing, but inFamous is just going to be a linear bore of a game. It's just really hard to do a game like that the "right" way, and they picked the easy route, which is make a storyline to follow and add electrical powers the the player. Might as well be Jedi Knight...

Prototype: This is GTA with an unstoppable mutant Superhuman... U want this one...

Would have to disagree with you on that one. Although I don't own a PS3, i believe inFamous will rival prototype. I'm sure they will have a good back story as to why he has obtained electrical powers.

PS: How does this relate to GTA? I think it's completely different.

Well in regards to the City - Free Roaming Ability. It's like GTA. The surface is just the icing on the same cake.

inFamous, hmm... Although Electrical Powers are probably one of the coolest powers to have, Starwars seemed to play on that a lot... I hope the Story does the effects justice... I hate to see any Superhero game fail, i'd hate to see them going back to the FPS route and not explore more games like Prototype and inFamous...

well prototype is like Hulk:Ultimate Destruction & Spider man 2/3 Clone so... I will be getting InFamous because electric powers aren't used that often and i like how everything is climbable unlike prototype where you can just run up & cheat. Although the visuals are more appealing in protoptype. InFamous isn't linear though, it has a kickass Karma system, and since Prototype doesn't, it make it linear.

I can't agree with you on Prototype, because you can hijack any person you see, and you can control vehicles and infiltrate places because you look like someone offical. Hulk is just a rampaging monster with no brain, no goals...

Also after the recent 9.0 rating on inFamous I'm finally going to buy a PS3 and inFamous. I've never seen a 9.0 Superhero game... It looks good on it's on merits, i'm convinced. heh

Yeah so they are different games entirely. inFamous you are a SuperHero. Prototype you are an Anti-Hero...

Now in Prototype self control is what you have to have the same as inFamous, you can kill anyone you want it's up to you or if people get in your way, in prototype you have enemies also, like inFamous. Both of these games also use the Parkour style of movement where they automatically grab onto objects and fluidly roll over and around things, you just move the player.

why does everyone think infamous is gonna be amazing it looks almost okay, it all depends on what type of game you like, if u like to be an unstoppable killin machine then prototype, but infamous is basically a 3rd person shooter with added static.

Well now the ratings are in. They are really good. 9.0 recommended game.

3rd Person shooter, you can become Good or Evil, and the people in the world react to you, if you are evil they throw stuff at you.
