  • Haha, if you go to "edit video," there's an audio swap option, where you can replace the audio with a variety of lame songs youtube has at their disposal. This was the funniest choice I could find.

  • You already look like your training for a meet. Huh whaddya say. We (me and dave) drive out to joliet to train once a month.

  • your max strength is crazy ive seen you pausing vid of you doing 225 for 6 i can do 5 in the same way.. but im just about getting 260 for one if that! same with your chins to dude or do you have a few extra reps in reserve?? i saw you doing 105 for 5.. at the moment im getting 110 for 5 thats all out failure though, you look like you have reserves but im only hitting 145 for a max. what gives!! arrrrrr!!!!!

  • For reasons that aren't entirely clear to me, I tend to be like this on lifts in general, i.e. my 1 rep max is almost beyond what you'd predict based on my ability to rep stuff out.

    It's some sort of neural thing, but for a single rep, I can channel a lot of power, which I have a hard time holding over an entire set.

  • your lucky dude i'd rather have that power than be able to rep out anyday..need to work on my jedi mind shit i think!
