I quit about a month ago..Watch some of the Allen Carr video's ..they help ALOT..He has a 90% success rate..Remember the KEY to quitting is to not break the law of addiction...

"Administration of a drug to an addict will cause

re-establishment of chemical dependence

upon the addictive substance."...In other words..NEVER TAKE ANOTHER PUFF AGAIN, You will start ALL OVER again..and smoke even more. Good luck!

@SacredSocietyAP I don't know how many times I need to say this but, I am not trying to quit smoking at the moment, I only smoke when I drink alcohol, which I already said in the video, thanks for the advice though guys x

Yes i can go a day without smoking, like i said in the video the only time i smoke is when i drink
