@Zorayda85 Same here, he's the FIRST candidate that I can vote for without the "lesser of two evils" debate and I've been voting for nearly 39 years!!!!
I was almost taken in as well. However, his gay and a Republican. There is something wrong with his thinking that will prevent me from ever supporting him. How can you support a party that believes you are less than human and should be eliminated from society. Sorry, but this guy is as nuts as the rest of the Greed Over People folks...
Where does Fred stand (or in his case, sit) on the light bulb issue? Does he prefer incandescent or the new bulbs that will prevent harmful emissions?
If Obama continues to oppose full marriage equality in America, I would write-in Fred Karger if he doesn't get the nomination. Fortunately, voting is voluntary and I don't volunteer to be a victim of politicians who oppose equality in civil marriage in America. They have chosen to not earn my vote.
@stew3128561 *nods* I am thinking of voting republican too... its wierd.. i am democrat, but this man... I want some change, Wtg Stew! And you go Fred, My prayers and hopes are for you!
@bryanpeace121 I like Rachel Maddow and respect her. I also am fully aware of her lifestyle choice and make no judgement toward her. I consider her a intellectual among brain dead show hosts, but when she does filler material like this I get disappointed. Fred Karger has zero chances of succeeding, it is a vanity political campaign that distracts from real potential candidates. That's where I'm coming from.
@DEREKinNYC Your *choice* of words betrays your lack of intelligence with regard to the LGBT community. Rachel never made a "lifestyle choice" to be gay. That's just who she is.
I also commend her for keeping up with Fred Karger. While he doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell to get the nomination, he is still a candidate and I think he has a clear message that he's trying to send. I'm grateful to Rachel for giving him a chance to be heard.
@mgunslinger17 I'm sorry. I don't know your whole YouTube discussion, but homosexuality is not something you are born with. It is not in your DNA. The "born gay" position is not backed up by science or medical research or common sense.
@JohnRhysMusician I never indicated that it was in your DNA. If you have ever actually looked at the science of sexual orientation you'll know that there is evidence that shows there is a different brain structure between homosexual and heterosexual. Other research suggests these differences are caused by hormones in the mother's womb during gestation. So in conclusion, yes the science is there to back up the "born gay" argument. Google these words: sexual orientation+brain structure+androgen
@mgunslinger17 The most solid evidence suggests that same-sex attraction is caused by environmental factors, and is purely psychological. The evidence that you are showing is actually backing the argument that same-sex attraction is a mental disorder or perversion. I suggest that paedophiles and zoophiliacs and sex addicts have certain differences in the makeup of their brain circuitry.
@JohnRhysMusician I'd like to see that research. At any rate, whether or not homosexuality can be defined as a mental disorder makes no difference. Even if homosexuality were classified as a mental disorder, that still doesn't justify discrimination. Pedophiles and zoophiles lack consent in their sexual relationships and so their behavior should not be compared to same-sex relations. As for sex addicts, I see no problem with them unless they are harming themselves or others or breaking the law.
@mgunslinger17 I'm not trying to equate homosexuality and paedophilia, because I agree with the consenting adults principle. I don't agree that those who identify as homosexuals are entitled to special rights under the law. I don't believe society should change to make special accommodation. The need for same-sex marriage is a farce. The agenda is to gain acceptance among the masses. In jurisdictions with legalised ss marriage the rate of marriage among ss partners is very low.
@JohnRhysMusician Well that's a little common ground. The need for marriage equality isn't a farce. I'm friends with a gay couple that has built a life together. They both work to pay for the house they live in, the cars they drive, and the dogs they own.Should one of them pass away, the other would have to pay 10% inheritance tax for all that was left to him by the other. If that's the house, that tax equals the amount of a car. You may think gay people don't value marriage, but you'd be wrong.
@mgunslinger17 It is a farce, because for example; all of this talk about New York: New York already recognized same-sex marriages performed in other jurisdictions and civil unions. Just go to CT to get "married".
I know most same-sex partners don't value marriage. In the Netherlands only between 2-6% are married, in Belgium 2-5%. Same-sex marriage is only mostly sought for symbolic reasons, to get a sort of USDA approval on homosexuality.
It is hard to know where Romney has a home residence. It really depends where he is campaigning. Sometimes Mass. Sometimes NH. Sometimes California. Sometimes Michigan. Sometimes Utah.
I never thought I would be voting Republican but Fred Karger has changed my mind.

I really like this guys personality but I just hope he doesn't use the "gay" card at every given turn.
Also, Karger should not focus on attacking the other politicians ( it didn't work with Hillary) but attack the problems that we face.
