the deusi ritual system is originated from kirati people. limbu king balihang started this ritual and now it is famous all over the Nepal. don't take me wrong people. i'm just trying to give you some info about deusi. to do things you must know where and who started it. that's important. peace!
@yomamafool1 that is true. this deusi and tihar festival started because of kirati king balihang. but many people think this festival was because of hindu hero ram. this festival belongs exclusively to nepalese. we don't see indian people in india celebrating this festival because this festival doesn't belongs to them. but in nepal the brahmins lied to nepalese by saying this festival is hindu festival.
@diliprai dashai and tihar is no doubt hindu festival but deusi re is limbu's culture. bahun and chhetri started celebrating it because they wanted us to be friends with them and not to take them out from our land and some of corrupted bahun secretly wrote deusi and hindu ritual. do u know how bahun are. watch this for traditional deusi celebration /watch?v=1gSy1IFiWOc&feature=related
@yomamafool1 not only this festival. even the brahmin claimed lord buddha as avatar of hindu god vishnu. the funniest thing was that the brahmin also told people that nepal hindu king was avatar of vishnu again. and yes how could you even forget how those brahmin wrote that nepal was named aftet hindu sage called "ne" when in fact nepal was named after kirati word "nepala". another lies told was the rice was given to us by hindu god vishnu when in fact it was the kiratas who introduced it.
@diliprai see to much mixed up thing in nepal now but these bahuns are so clever if we started saying bahun did this to us and that and also ask for our native and historical land they will call us racist. even sad thing is most of our people think they are civilized and high classed and they will just say its 21 st century lets not talk about caste past is past. what i would say is if we ourself done save it than who is going to lord vishnu?? lol its not just bahun's fault its our too w
