I, too, would like for the Congresswoman to answer them questions! Her vid should be titled Happy Holidays Troops and Vets, you better enjoy them and your family before we detain you indefinitely without trial! She took an oath. I requested a response to her vote for the NDAA, too, but she has neglected to do so. She has shamed Kansas! Vote her out!

You voted in favor of the 2012 National Defense Authorization Act. My major concern involving the passing of this bill is the possibility that an American citizen could be detained indefinitely without trial or due process. Can you please explain to me how this legislation does not violate an American citizen's right to "due process?" Do you feel it is acceptable that an American citizen could be detained indefinitely without trial? If no, how do you justify voting ‘aye’ for this bill?
