@flyerbuses5000 Man that is sad because the Series 50 is one of my favorite bus engines. BTW I wonder what engines they would use to replace them, and i hope that Detroit Diesel could make a new engines for transit buses before 2013 cause it would suck if we have buses only powered with Cummins engines in the future not that I have anything against Cummins, but Detroit Diesels engines make a bus sound real tough
Some of the MARTA Bus Drivers that I talked to don't seem to like the Orion Buses, but I like the Orion Buses better than the 2800 and 2900 series C40LF's
I love the Orion bus series for Marta too and I agree with you too I like them better the the New Flyers C40LF 2800 and 2900 series, but I also like the 2400 series buses as well because of the John Deere Engine but overall the DDS50 and G series is one my favorite bus engines

For real man I only like the C40LFs in the2400s with John Deeres and the 2700s from "96. Both are way better than the 2800 and 2900 series
