You have to remember that over one million whites voted against power sharing in the 1994 referendum. Many of those same people ended up emigrating to the west. There are still whites that hold racist views against black people. It will take over 100 years to heal the rift.

I think Whites are starting to realize how blacks feel and are STILL going through. What amazes me is how white people tend to think that all of the wrongdoing of their "ancestors" stopped at slavery. Did they forget the Jim Crow Laws? Did they forget BOMBINGHAM, or the fact that all of this type of stuff just died down around 35-50 years ago, which is not long ago at all, and that blacks having full rights in America is STILL new?
