@Manuel5926 yeah those are 16" Premier Balloons made in Columbia, l bought them at a Melbourne Party Shop, but sold here in Melbourne, Australia, very strong balloons..

Yes, my experience is that black balloons are stronger than other colour balloons, l also find that green and yellow colours are good also to ride and sit.
