@goorgoahead: From what I remember he said this song had to do with biogenesis. I was in the very back and couldn't hear him very well but I think he said that he heard a story about a girl who had grown a cyst that contained a tooth and some hair. He wanted to use a metaphor of this cyst and biogenesis and compare it to a feelings made in a relationship.

lol, yes, you can't just tease us with the mention of this metaphor! :) When he played this tune in Chicago, he just said that the lyrics were too bizarre to share with the world yet.
