Wouldn't it be smart to colour everything after you finish the designs etc, Just askin because i've never done any of this and lol if the game doesn't work and you coloured all the stuff seems like a huge waste of time

That would be a huge pain in the ass. but the game itself looks really well. and i didnt know that people used flash to make those kinda games :P. Good Job overall ^_^.
