I am from Jamaica and I have been lucky enough to meet both Powell and Bolt. Powell is not cocky and is just too tense at big meets. I think he's not as strong as Bolt and as such running through the rounds make him less than 100%. HE NEEDS TO RUN MORE 400M AND 200M IN ADDITION TO ENJOYING THE BIG RACES AS BOLT DOES. Bolt can be cocky at times but most times its unintentional.
