  • I'd be dead after 5 minut.. no 2 minutes. I just realized that :D

  • This is beautiful. So enjoyable and entertaining to watch.

  • And it keeps going and going.......and going and........going!!!! That would be an asthma attack for me right there!!! Great job

  • SOO GREEEAAT! ;P

  • what does the word 'cauled' mean?

  • It is wonderful...and so LOOOOOOOOONGGGG :D

  • I love the overhead filming! You never really get to see the figures of the dance from above when you're filming dancers on a stage.

  • we never got to learn the whole ending. cause i moved from red deer to calgary. luckily i got to stay in the same club, Scoil Ard Na Greine

  • Absolutely Amazingly Precise!!!!!!!

  • dance is an interaction between dancers, a joy, not only the hard work. Of course smiles won't help if there is no technique, but technically-perfect dance without passion, without smile and joy is boring.

  • excellent line ups

  • great dancing - perfect performance, so tidy and nice, very very good! the bird views are great, too! but is still think it's a shame not to be "able" to smile at a feis - you're supposed to do so as a solo, so why not as a group - it gives a bored impression even though this dance is so much fun:)

  • It's one of the nicest ceili-dances and after some trials not really difficult. Usually we do this dance a bit quicker (9:13)

  • exactly! I totaly agree :)

  • i like the bird veiw shots

  • in my irish class we only had a little bit of music so we just did lead around, body, and figure 2 because the 1st figure is pretty boring ^_^

  • My wife and I have just started Ceili dancing and are learning this dance. The gulf between us and this is vast but we are trying

  • what do you need help with? I love doing this dance?

  • rly awesome, but they could atleast smile

  • Such precision! Very well done ... they're so in sync!

  • That was really well performed. Gave me a flashback of winning the Ulster Championships in 1989 in Derry dancing that same dance - nearly 20 years ago. Am getting old lol. Still have the medal ha ha!

  • Very well done, such perfect timing and symmetry. This clip gets added to my favourites for sure =)

  • Cool. The high cauled caps are still the same, and you can tell its from the 90's. Look at the dresses wigs and hardly any makeup or tan! The pictrure quality gives it away too/

  • nevermind i think its scoil rince ni chearra O baolain

  • WOW!

  • wow, I had no idea this ceili was that long! Builds great stamina.

What school is this? How long ago was it taped?

  • Scoil Rince ni Cara/Carrol (can't tell which)

I think it may be in the mid 90's... not sure. Anyone have any more info? Cool video!

  • Man, i remember learning this dance...oh my gosh was it long. It seems longer watching it though. Yes, it does build great stamina. Though it looks like they repeated the dance? Either way, they did a nice job! Overhead shots are pretty cool !

  • Oh wait, they didnt' repeat the dance...my brain is mush! Clearly I remember learning the dance and then dancing all the memory cells out of my head! :-)

  • I love the overhead shots in this video
