  • Omg I downloaded the arttoolkit but i'm not sure how to use it >< please teach me!! XD i wanna make my models appear on my desk lols XD

  • Ah yes, you're right. It's been awhile since I've listened to the album and just forgot. The song is Remone doaisukuri mu.

    Thanks for the reply!

  • I have never heard this Miku song before. May I ask what the name of it is?

  • Hmm, this was on the album of songs done about a year ago. Let me see if I can find it. Was a while ago.

  • I'm pretty sure it was one of the songs on: [2007]Vocaloid (Miku Hatsune) 1st Song Album. But don't remeber which one and I can't find the cd.

  • what program was this done on?

  • cool video!! I like the music track too.

  • You are so talented!! Rock on awesome youtuber! !♥--Hugs and Candy --♥ Brittani aka Rhonda Anthony Tanner/R.A.T. Coaching aka B-RAT :)

  • Hey umm.. i have bin googleing this for so long but i just cant seem to find a working version of the program at all... you think you can add a link or something? or if you could show me where you got the hatsune miku thing that would be great :P

  • Get yourself a niconicodouga account...it's not that hard to find the links after you do that from the videos... The place I found it is passworded, so I don't want to give out links that I shouldn't.

  • okay thanks il try that later but how advanced is this? i cant do much 3d or programing, is there easy ways to set it up?

  • no, none at all, it's precompiled. Just need a camera. The only problem with it is you can't directly record from the application, so sucks if you want to upload video.

  • Oh cool im using a dv camera so if i get it to work il just record with that but.. ok one last question.. you said theres a password? i dont know japanese so... how do i get the password? or if you could pm me it would be great

  • If you can get a niconico account, use a webpage translator or something, or a japanese dictionary you can pretty much find the videos and see the links and password in english...

  • oh ok well thanks for the info! :P

  • im sorry to ask you yet again but... the files i download are kinda random to me i have no idea how to really download them.. i mean is there any programs i need at all to run them?

  • should be a miku.exe file or an exe file that will open a camera setup utility.

  • hmmm i cant see any exes... hmm you think you could link me to the video or something? in a pm ? or something like that? its so confusing i cant see any exes... and i wanted to use this tomorrow at school.. its like 3:11 AM here now soooo xD

  • After nicovideo japan in the address bar, add "forward slash" mylist "forward slash" 4038280 That's the user, it's one of these, many of the later ones simply add functionality I believe, but haven't had the time to apply them to mine yet. But it's probably one of the earlier ones that has the full program. Probably what you're having problems with. Let me know if you can get more than the basic moves to work.

  • Okay thanks a lot il try it out some more and yeah il let you know.

  • All I know is that it's something to do with a 'kit' called AR Toolkit, and from all I've seen, that looks like you need to know a lot of C++ to get it to do anything. Which is bad news for me. The way you say it makes it sound like you got an 'already set up' version...? Could you please let me know where you found it anyway?

(The Miku love must be spread :P)

  • Yes, you can search for artoolkit and I compiled that, and did the tests and stuff. But then started hunting for Miku and found precompiled versions on a Japanese site. ;)

  • If you have a niconico account there are lots of videos that give links to the compiled versions.

  • The characters are seperate, it's not one interface, so it's possible just to search for one character at a time, and not have to install artoolkit or anything. Vista has some problems because it's all a bit outdated directx 9.0, so you have to enable directx 9.0 if you have vista.
