they do kill the wrists, if you use 2 heavy bells at the same time. i like the 1 bell method, grab it like a pullover but do tates. problem is getting that big ass dumbell in position lol! i like the JM's more.
You start the exercise with the DBs on your chest and not in a locked-out position. All this guy is doing is lowering the DBs and bouncing them off his chest. This does nothing for his triceps. Do not follow this technique!

there called tate presses and alot of powerlifters do them they're great for tricep lockout power on bench
