  • didnt larry scott do this standing up for shoulders and called it that scott press and then also noted in his own explanation that it can be done for bench press also? so shouldnt it be called the scott bench press just like the scott curls and scott shoulder press?

  • they do kill the wrists, if you use 2 heavy bells at the same time. i like the 1 bell method, grab it like a pullover but do tates. problem is getting that big ass dumbell in position lol! i like the JM's more.

  • You start the exercise with the DBs on your chest and not in a locked-out position. All this guy is doing is lowering the DBs and bouncing them off his chest. This does nothing for his triceps. Do not follow this technique!

  • in dave tate's bench seminar, he described tate presses as doing them paralell. what this lifter did were tricep extensions.

  • I have no idea why somebody would do those. I don't believe I could strengthen anything but maybe your wrists and at the same time I think it causes more problems in the long run. How could that strengthen your triceps.
