Why do you think the rest of the city is so expensive to live in? That old closed down Naval Shipyard is the reason many African/Black Americans have lived there since World War 2. They mostly came from the south to gain employment during the war and the government has let it go and turn to shit ever since..Now they want to clean it up for big business and profit and run theses people out of there community...bull shit! Btw my father grew up on evens in the point so my fam has pride for this place.
