I wish them the best, but from years of experience I can say it's crystal clear the number of plants you are allowed regardless of state. Sadly the numbers allowed are ridiculously low. The penalty for exceeding MMJ states plant numbers if caught is greater for licensed growers, than it would be for a non licensed growers with the same number of plants. 100 or more plants is federal and you are fucked.
