Due to low steering tire pressure (stupid
unchecked) I went end over end in my
shoebox gasser '62 ChevyII @ the 1k ft.
way back in '72. I have two scars on the
inside of my left knee I got when I exited
and a dis-located shoulder w/mild concussion. My spd was about 105 mph.
Was running a stroked 327 (352) w/Glide
and 4:88 gears. My super sun indicated
over 6500 as usual at that point. Alot
of bang-ups back then, have come a long, long way.
