yea only way you can kill them is either by water if you drown them or lead them to a gang hide out that is almost complete and finish it and it will take him out the glitch ..... last thing u can do is either vote them out .
Its a glitch buddy were you have to die 4 times and do the transport cancel to get full dead eye and get into the Knife , tomahawk , or sniper rifle glitch . Sucks fo those who play the game legit.. Rockstar says there gonna fix it soon and punish people trying to get into it ... we will see if its true.
