That is a clap loop its a combo. The infinite was the throw loop. That was removed because it was a error in the game. Nirvana stops if carl grabs the opponent and the opponets breaks it.

And its even been nurfed a bit. I hear it only combos up to 2 times now.

if u mean his loop, it is fixed, notice how he had to stop after like 2 claps. A small versioncan be done, but its not infinite anymore.
