@buzz2013 Yeah same here, i was around 11, listening to maiden etc, my dad took an intrest in the music i listened to, he was a country man and put this on for me, i was hooked instantly :)

Don't trust buzz's account of Steve's career - He got clean in 1994, and has made some great music ( and I would say better) since that time. Check out his later albums for yourself. If you prefer rock - "I Feel Alright" and "El Corozon" are two of his best, though he also has a great bluegrass album ("The Mountain") and some political and folk-influenced work. I think which you like better depends on your tastes, but he still gets good reviews and wins Grammies.
