  • @dicthash thousands were raped and murdered in berlin, more were raped all over germany, poland, estonia, latvia, lithuania, ukraine, etc... Shall I go on or do you still want to sound like an uneducated soviet wannabe?

  • what movie is this from comrade.

  • I do love the NVA Uniforms! by the way where do you get this cd?

  • I do love the NVA Uniforms!

  • Where do I find the DVD ?

  • NVA Rules! I love DDR!

    Hallo den deutschen Genossen !

  • Es stinkt nach westlicher Propaganda....

  • they seem as well trained as former Wermacht :}

  • In the Korean War the U.S.M.C. ran away and the Glorious Gloucesters covered their flight!

  • its german comedy! foreigners wont get it.

btw. NVA was a though troop, the last soldiers that where trained the old german way.

my father trained tank crews in our west german army in the 60s. they had a deep respect for the "össies" and their superior military discipline and troop morals back then. we had the better equipment, but without the allies on each side, east germany could have taken the west in no time.the nva bootcamps where nearly as though as the marine ones.

  • what movie is this from?

  • If this is how the east german forces were trained I don't see what the fear was all about. I could easily take out 1,000 pussies or more like that, my self.

  • @tannalv

    It's a comedy

  • @TheKvant1 Are you sure? I checked, and checked, but it looks and sounds more like historical drama to me?

  • thats from the movie NVA :D

  • Ich denke die NVA Ausbildung war besser als die der heutigen Bundeswehr.Bzw Effektiver..Militärischer..

  • @MarinesInternational

Du brauchst es nicht denken ... ES WAR SO ;)

  • @MarinesInternational Kann ich so bestätigen, denn ich habe sowohl bei der NVA als auch bei der BW gedient !

  • @matti38 Okay.Das ist mal eine Wertvolle Aussage.

  • thought it was germans vs the north vietnamese army when i saw the title ^^

  • That's one bad hat, Harry.

  • Hi people, did you know it was common use to buy a 150cm tape measure (Maßband) just to cut into 150 pieces on the last 150 days of the compulsary military service, each day another cm cut off. ??????????? NUR FÜRS PROTOKOLL... JUST FOR THE RECORDS.... Where are the English subtititles anyway?????

  • Is this from a movie?

  • I'm sympathetic towards Germans, in a sense they were the real white race. Too bad they wanted to have their women get fertilized by Russians and end their own species, only when they were actually winning. If Germans do want to be the best in the world, they could've done in when the ball was in their hands; but seemingly they wanted to play Dress Up 'Communist', 'Liberal Ignorance'.

And now we have self history criticizing, crack smoking, Russian ancestory, homosexual tanned germans. Tsk Tsk

  • @SZ9000

or yes? nazi dumbass. 120 German women got fertilized by Russians in 1945-1990. What a terrible threat to Germans! =)

  • @dicthash Multiply that figure with 10'000 and the result by 2, we're all okay then

  • @SZ9000

you pretend to know =)) daddy goebbels told you?

  • @dicthash Thousands of women were raped by the Russians.

  • what is the name of this movie? Thanks.

  • Хорошие ребята. Надеюсь никогда не будем воевать. Магдебург не забуду.

  • what is the name of this film

  • i personally like these east german helmets more, in comparison if youv ever worn both helmets the later model is substantially more comfortable and easy to shoot with as there is no long 'skirt' jutting out obstructing neck movement. but the east german helmets have a tendency to ring like a bell when tapped.

  • @thechamprug "Nationale Volksarmee (NVA)" = National People's Army

  • those helmets look like gigantic metal dickheads lol

  • Lol, just look at the helmet... No match for the Wehrmacht era.

  • whats does NVA stand for?

  • Nationale Volksarmee

    National peoples army

  • Pathetischen Parodie der NVA! Freak-show.

  • nazi helmets were better hahaha

  • @racer180sx

thats true the NVA helmets sucks ;)

  • Tja, der NVA - Helm war eine Entwicklung der Wehrmacht.Sollte man wissen

  • That helmet was actually developed in late WW2 as a replacement of the German "nazi" helmet.

  • @alongthebluff The "Nazi" helmet is known as the M35

  • @TheMEGATRENT There's more then the M35.,there's the M40 and M42.

  • @Kubelwagen I never said the M35 was the only Pre-WWII era helmet

  • @racer180sx

nva helmets were designed in Germany in 1944

  • @dicthash I thought they were designed by their Russian masters? So your saying the nazi's were going to introduce this helmut anyways? I noticed the uniforms didn't change much after ww2..was this due to communism and penny pin

    ching?

  • Road kill!

  • wie heißt eigentlich der Film?

  • NVA

  • Didnt the East German army participate in Afghanistan

  • @TheGermanItalianGuy2 No. They were mobilized during the Czech uprising of 1968, but they never saw combat...

  • the Norwegians are coming!

    the Norwegians are coming!

  • wtf are with those helmets..

  • These are soviet helmet, not nazi ones

  • is this a communist movie? or is this just some random funny movie?

  • funny movie ;)

  • whoever is the narrator has a cute voice.

  • that's not a war film,it's a funny movie :D

  • anywhere i can buy it

  • does anyone know what movie this is from

  • It is called "NVA".

But it is rather a comedy than a serious movie.

  • @Sniffmyarse was just for a trip in SF downtown in direction of Embacadero in front of Abercrombie i have seen a white woman with a five year old kid begging for money. I gave her some Buck´s i think it was fiver is spent. Its nice for vacation but dont want to live there. Also i made sightseeing in Height Ashbury every short minute somebody asked me for a Buck. I never seen a german mother beggin with her kid for money on a german street?

  • hauptsache ich zieh mit ner panzerfaust in krieg^^

  • Wo ist meine waffe XD

  • when is this set?

  • Ich fand den Film einfach nur beschissen und an der Wirklichkeit vorbei!

  • I saw the film and it is verrrrry funny movie

  • 2:34 Arme Hase!!!!!!!!!!!

  • NVA is the Nationale Volks Armee of the former German Democratic Republik too

  • as well it is Nationale Volks Armee

  • fucking ignorant american scumbag, it's the Nationale Volks Armee

  • Die in a fire like the jews you killed in world war 2 your country sucks

  • Die from walking barefoot in the snow like all the Native Americans you killed during the 1800s your country sucks!

  • Dont even live in america hahaha!

  • Yeah, what is the movie?

  • what is this movie?

  • ja ein film

  • I liked the Wehrmacht helmets much better. These soldiers are a bunch of pansies compared to the real German soldiers of ther Wehrmacht

  • This helmets were invented in nazi reich in 1945 to replace usual wermacht helmet. NVA just used it.

  • You are absolutely right, timokhin1981. In fact, I had read that the helmets (stahlhelm) worn by the NVA postwar were designed at the closing days of WW-II to replace the M1944 model. Had the war in Europe continued past May 1945, Allied Forces would have been noticing the enemy Germans wearing those same helmets! Check out the classic military book, published back in 1980 (?) "Army Uniforms of the World Since 1945" by Andrew Mollo. The information is all there under "NVA soldier".

  • @ursa41 No, even if the war had gone on, the Germans wouldn't have switched to that helmet. Hitler rejected it because he thought it looked too foreign...and he had a point, it does look pretty retarded...

  • @battleax86 Just check out Andrew Mollo's book "Army Uniforms of the World Since 1945"; whether Hitler would have accepted it or not is irrelevant. The FACT remains that, like it or not, it was on the drawing board, and the High Command had approved it, which means that, LIKE IT OR NOT, it had to go through Hitler himself, which denotes approval by HIM as well. Period! End of discussion!!!

  • @ursa41 Dude, stop being an idiot. Hitler personally rejected that helmet in 1942 and that's why it stayed on the drawing board without being produced at all during the war. The only reason it was EVER produced was because the Soviets wouldn't allow the East Germans to go with anything resembling the wartime stahlhelm (nor did the E. Germans want to go with the Soviet design) and that was the only design they had left. Read "Stahlhelm: Evolution of the German Steel Helmet" by Floyd Tubbs.

  • @battleax86 I know, I know. I can be stubborn as hell! But thanks for the reference, I will certainly order it from Amazon.com. In case you're interested, for a complete history on the NVA, check out the old Thomas Foster work "The East German Army", published in 1966 by Unwin & Allen, and updated in 1980. Amazon still has plenty of sellers listed with various used copies.

  • @timokhin1981 i think it the design was showed to hitler in 1944, but hitler was pissed cause it looked like the british helmets. i like the original german helmet design better.

  • @kalinga01

I didnt know about this. Very possible.

  • @kalinga01 The M1916 is the most badass of them all in my opinion, only becuase it was the original

  • @TheMEGATRENT yeah its pretty awesome.

i love how the german helmet design has been adopted in most modern helmets. the overall design makes a soldier look awesome and intimidating, which is why german army in ww1 and ww2 kicked ass. but i do like the american m1 helmet

  • Can any body tell the name of this movie?

    Thanks

  • its called NVA (2005)

  • Thanks :D I try to find in Spanish or English.

  • When viewing a youtube video, click on the link that says "See all (number) comments" Then you get all the comments in one page, and then you can do a search to see if you question has been answered already (several times actually). That would save on all the comment storage, and makes the comments not redundant.

  • this is a COMEDY film about the NVA

    Nur eine komödie

  • What a dirty shame, the Germans(East Germans) were subjugated by the Bolshevik pigs-

The "only" reason the East German Army was a good armed force, was because of a long tradition of German Militarism and patriotism for Germany--NOT the Red Pig Atheist Bolshevik-

The Russians did this for Humiliating reasons--

Along with the Zionists--Punish the Germans, and Humiliate them-

Thank God Germany is now United--

BUT, what kind of Germany is it now??

  • Ahaha, look at this fascist sack of shit.

  • was bist denn du für ein witzbold, haste überhaupt gedient, du spritzer

  • from 49 to the end my family was NVA

  • is this a german movie or wut?

  • then slowly introduce democratic like freedoms, but the americans interfeared and ruined plans for a realy good nation and system, its hard to explain, but in short given mabey another 20 years the USSR if not been harrased by the US would have had the highest standards of living, pay, services and technologies. typing stuff into youtube cant help much, study the communist 5 year plan systems, and you will more or less see what i mean. sorry to have offended you earlier

  • Hey, I know the 5 year plans. Russia nowadays is NOT a democracy. But - every country has its own rules. One cannot just implant a democracy in a country; democracy is a system of checks & balances which takes training and experience. Russia nowadays is ruled by oligarchies, power to some. The very rich and the very poor.

  • thats my friend is capitalism, the rich seek ways to get more out of what they have, eg land, people, natural resources. its winning because nowdays people dont care about each other they care about money and will do about anything to get it. i live in a capitialist nation.

  • I don't have an answer on the deseases of capitalism. If it collapses, it collapses at the Wall Street.

  • yes there will be chaos throught the westernised world, far worse than what happened to the communist world when the USSR collapsed, so even as i dislike captilism i do not wish for it to fall.

  • Ya, it will be chaos far more. A catastrophy is always a sign for return and change, not more than the output of misbalance.

  • true, well, i hope someone steps up and takes control, China?,India?,Argentina?

  • China? No. Too young within the free market, too insecure mentally. I am afraid China just has its super power dreams as many countries had before. It will depend on the technology a country will be able to invent to solve the energy question, for one thing. China and India are Eurasia though. Europe has to stay cool. The Euro might become the leading world currency and there we go. Europe has learned how to deal with many different countries & cultures as well is very burocratic.

  • um... true but i bet it will be a mad rush to power through new formed unified nations, as in south america, india and indo china as well as eastern europe, ed, serbs banding together

  • It will all depend on the economical and technological power. South America should be helped so they do not destroy the rain forest; Africa should be helped to in terms of education; India is busy with itself. Eastern-Europe needs Western-Europe; in Kosovo Western-European troops are stationed, that keeps it safe.

  • ya, true. but once the americans are out of the picture the serbs are going to go balistic, they are on a ethnic clensing path, quite mad. so there the next war.

  • I don't know if "true" - just a view or opinion. The world faces a climate shock, that is what is frightening. To do something today which will be right tomorrow when we are dead, is a task. Serbia? I think it is a question of integration. Step by step. The main issue should be culture and not money. Money is deviding, culture combining. Serbias map decisions weren't done well by the EU. The EU has to fix that. Unfortunatly the EU is often run by burocrats and not philosophers or analysts.

  • yup you are correct and true is my view.

  • the EU ofcourse..

  • yup them too

  • yup.

  • the study of communism is something i have been doing since i was 6. i did not read american or russian textbooks, i sopke to people, checked on the internet and then dubble checked, i looked at books, yes i admit some were pro american and some were pro soviet but i did acquire these facts and i have compiled them and with my own personal experiences i have my opinions and facts. so there we go.

  • Communism/socialism are economical-political models in order - how each of such models - to have a good, if not better, life. All property to the people.

These models got outrunned by history itself. People are different, people want to own and to have. Freedom in art, science & speech means also free market.

The free capitalistic enterprise system is just as self destructive as the communistic idea.

The truth might be something in the middle.

  • i have to dis agree with you, what happened in communism was that they could not complete them selves, the goal of a communist nation is to create order manage everything, slowly bring its people out of poverty and on to riches(USSR 1978, 2nd ritchest nation in the world)

  • well the soviets left east germany in 1950, the DDR ran it, not the soviets so you cant say it was occupied.

  • I beg your pardon? The Soviets have left Germany in the mid 90s! The biggest army outside of the Soviet borders was stationed in East-Germany, which were 600.000 troops! In West-Berlin 25.000 alied troops were stationed in comparison, would have been a piece of cake to take for the Russians. You need to do some homework in cold war history and/or Germanys army structure.

  • oh yea, sry forgot, but tell me why are the americans still in germany?

  • What is this "oh yea, sry forgot, but" about?

Tell me if I am supposed be your teacher.

The US have - very silently - removed most of their troops.

1: The US have some of their main European military infrastructure bases in Germany (a. o. Italy also). 2: NATO 3: Special relationship between the US and Germany as well as a thankful obligation Germany feels towards the US (overthrow of Hitler; Marshalplan).

If not emotionally, but intelectually that gave (you) an answer.

  • ok, 1st it was the soviets who overthrew hitler, the americans did little to germany in the war and yes i may have mixed up the Soviet government leaving germany with the red army and one more thing, it was not russian troops in germany but german troops itll the 1980's

the russians pulled out in 1958. get your facts straight, facist.

  • Jee - what the fuck is your problem?

The Russian troops have moved out of Germany in the mid 90s!!! Not I get MY facts straight, you do yours! History cripple!

You have! not mixed smth up - you are! mixed up!

    ???"Not russian troops in Germany"???

You've heard of the difference of West- and East-Germany? As well as East-Germany was Warsaw pact & under Soviet control?! West-Germany was into NATO and had its rise through American money through the Marshalplan!! Clear on that, headshot?

  • "it was the soviets who overthrew hitler"

    Front west & south = USA/GB/France; East = USSR

The USSR was economically supported by the US. The Russians were the first in Berlin because Stalin bluffed Roosevelt by saying that Berlin was "not so important" for him.

The end of the story was an occupied Germany

devided in 4 Zones as well as Berlin - American, British, French and Russian zone. Out of the Russian zone in 1949 the GDR was made. Oct. 3rd 1990 = reunion of "the two Germanys".

  • sorry lost my temper, well you dont get the point just beacause the DDR was communist does not meen it was controled by the USSR. you are mixing up american properganda and history if you cant see that im sorry for wasting my time and intruding on your americans are perfect little world.

  • I think you have just terribly disqualified yourself with "Russians moved out in 1958".

"Does not mean was controlled"? So, I am your teacher! The USSR had controlled all east block countries! The riot in East-Berlin 1953 (no wall then] was put down by Russians tanks!. Army equipment came from Russia as well as the orders, which east block country was allowed to produce what kind of engines and cars. Get some friends in the ex-GDR, will help your brain vacuum to be filled.

  • no they were just communist they were not controled by the Soviets. how stupid fo you to think that there is a vacume in my skull proves you dont know basic science poor simpleton.

  • Why don't you just get some friends from the ex-GDR or make a trip to Germany?!

"Not controlled by the Russians"? "Just communistic"? Eastblock-Countries were dictatorships!! hear me? Q-Tip? Take a look at the crosses at the Berlin wall or listen to David Bowies heroes, how is that?!

If Gorbatchev would have not agreed to the re-unification in 1990, no united Germany would have taken place. That is how the GDR was controlled, by treaties and armies.

You are a young kid, that is allright.

  • well you obviously dont know anything about me kid, i do have friends who were from the ddr pluss there is a big difference between a dictatorship and communist rule, you blew your cover you dont know jack shit about the USSR or communism, you just regurgatate what lies and half truths that have been fed to you through an american published text book. the fool you are thinking you know so much.

  • An internet fight, wonderful. Why don't you just convince by facts and not push it through assults?

"Difference between dictatorship and communist rule" - booo. Theoretically yes; practically not.

So what is your point? Have you been in Germany before 1989? Or after? If yes, when? Give some data bases.

  • well, my friends have 3 are from the DDR and 2 are from the USSR. and yes seriously there is a big difference between dictatorship and communist rule.

  • If you have friends from the ex-GDR, how come that you mix up so much? They should all tell you the same story, more or less.

  • thats what they have told me, the russian, (former major in VDV said he was stationed with german troops to oversee training. he was with a german officer and was incharge of a 148 man strong unit.

  • Have told what? I suggest you only consider the hitorical dates first. 1939 - begin WWII 1945 - end of war WWII 1948 - East- & West-German currency 1949 - Foundation of the FRG and GDR 1953 - riot in East-Berlin 1961 - Berlin wall built by the East 1989 - Fall of the Berlin wall 1990 - Unified Germany ~ 1995 - remaining Russian troops left (former East-)Germany ~ 2003 - US-Army troops withdrawel ~ 1990+ - British & French troops removed
  • um. the americans are still in germany, and they have a whole lot of tanks there. when my army went there to train on the leopards we purchaced we saw a whole lot of american military personal there with a whole lot of M1A2's. this was just in 2006 and 2007. they are not out yet, why?

  • Sure, Americans are still in Germany, even with stuff the Germans do not like. Americans have removed a lot of their troops because it was too expensive & Europe doesn't need this kind of protection anymore. But I don't have the figures, just know it from the news.

  • ok, well, i just wish they will leave everybody alone, they have caused havoc over here for my country, with insane oil and food prices. yea got german friends, they too hate the way the americans treat them and their country. there is no more respect and trust.

  • The US is young, 200+ years. Europe is 2.000+ years old, China 3.000+, Irak 5.000+.

America got big fast and through the post WWII time. I believe they do not have the collective experience & wisdom to rule the world; so there will be another axis of power. I believe it is so called Eurasia.

Europe is not war orientated; the capitalistic system might be, but not the main European mentality.

  • yea,so true.

  • Usually when the US establishes a military base (or an agency/department in the bureaucracy), it's kept in the debris field of bureaucracy, and gradually increase in size by agglutinating more debris and floating detritus until it attain some monstruous size with a huge field of corruption gravity that alters or warps the intended orbit of other bureaucratic bodies. Then it's kept because of its size, till some cataclysmic event pulverizes it.

  • quite true.

  • A brief history of a US agency:

When the US creates a military base (or an agency/department), it's kept orbiting in the field of bureaucratic debris until it reaches a monstruous size by agglutinating more debris and detritus, and acquires huge corruptive gravity, warping and altering the intended orbit of other bureaucratic items. Then it's kept because of its size, then it tries to pull everything towards it and become the center of all corruption, until some cataclysmic event pulverizes it.

  • What movie is this?

  • communist post war germans, how ironic ;).

  • is ne nva?

  • Helms look gay

  • They are terrible.

  • Technically not.

  • Of course, materials (carbon fibres) and some technical details for these helmets did not yet exist in 1945 but the design and shape were the same apart from some little modifications.

  • Of course no kevlars. But what is the point now? The NVA helmets were made for the Wehrmacht in 1944 and declined by Hitler personally. They were supposed to be better than the characteristic ones because they have covered the shoulders when cowered down or lowered the impact angel for bullets and shrapnels. Logic when one takes a closer look at them.

  • I haven't a clue what you replied about???? You are Belgian, so I will let you off.

  • What do you mean, you let me off? Shoot a rocket?

  • Ummmmmmmmmmm......what a prick!

  • Go home and die, would you!

  • Go home and die? Fuck off you Flemish twat bollocks.

  • Hey Robbie Hood, what problem do you have with Wallonia (btw.)? Which countries belong to your positive list, any?

  • They are little shitty countries. Belgium was raped twice by the Germans, and we had to bail you out. Belgium????!!!!! ha ha, children!!!!

  • See it that way: The Germans haven't raped Belgium, they have just used it as a short cut in order not to make so much mess at the French border. So you think it is better to extinguish Belgium from the landscape or expell it from the EU I assume. NATO and truffles, isn't that a great cake? I think the British are also very childish like prince Harry-Marry being punk, shooting some blanks in the Afghan desert - dunno'bout'that.

  • Don't be jealous now. The only nations' that really matter in the Eu are: Germany; Italy; Great Britain; France, and Spain. All the rest are just hanging around waiting for fiancial handouts. We could lose Belgium etc, and would not even notice.

  • As for taking the piss out of Prince Harry, at least he, and others like him, have the balls to do a bit of real fighting.

  • Blue blood fighting? No, no - take a look at the TV film about his stay in Af. and you see the boyscoutish stay.

  • He was a JTAC operator. He brought bombs on to the top of Taliban heads. That was responible work- not a push over!!

  • Taliban! Please! Some AK47 wearing turban heads. That is ridiculous. Harry-Marry with his blue blood friends were sentinels in 30-inhabitants-villages with granpas lucky being able to hold the pan to fry a chicken in. I mean, we all like Harry and the British royals, but don't get blinded over the marketing behind it. Your army would have never allowed to bring him in danger unless in a real war like WWII.

  • The Taliban are great warriors i'll have you knwow. Harry is a soldier, and he did a soldier's job.

  • Speaking in matters of power you are right. The world is a biotope in which everything has its raison d'être. The GDR was little. Austria may be little now but was a 7 nation state once. Vienna has brought up classical music, like it or not. Switzerland, Portugal, Sweden, Greece, the European part of Russia - all Europe. Matilda of Flanders was Queen consort of the Kingdom of England and wife of William I the Conqueror - so, even the British have determining roots in Belgium.

  • woher kommt dieses Video ?

  • is ne Szene aus dem Film: NVA

  • wo kann ich diese movie kaufen ?

  • bei euch in den USA gibts ja eigentlich alles xD

    geh einfach in nen DVD-Laden

  • Die Helme sehen aus wie die des Imperiums aus Star Wars ;-)

  • What's the name of this movie?

  • NVA

  • me to nipboo i have the same uniform very nice in my opinon the most elite camo out there.anyhow it may not look like there in camo but it is called rain tree pattern anyway the nva one of the most elite military in the world at it's time.

  • lol i have this uniform it works twice as good as the woodland camo.the halmets do look ugly but they are extremly confortable

i also have the border patrol uniform very nice looking might i say
