  • Damn, a can of Mr. Surfacer is like £12 over here in the uk, for 10mm masking tape it's £6. -.-,

  • that guy at 5:17 doesn't look japanese.

  • 5:50 i want to go there BAADLYY T_T

  • 9:32. Wow that's a lot of expensive Tamiya tape to use. but I guess that area of the Eagle needs it.

I usually use Tamiya tape for critical areas and demarcation lines. Then I cover then rest with cheaper painter's tape, and anything else that is not damaging. In the in the end it is just an over spray barrier.

  • the tape is fairly cheap when you order it directly from japan, here in Europe its insanely expensive thou

  • @biped19

You're right! But I think Tamiya tape, in Japan, is like painter tape... Or it grows on trees!... XD

  • 4:31 he must get all kinds of trim in japan being a tv star.

  • The Shizuoka Hobby Con is just orgasmic!

  • Thunderbirds! I knew that Jerry Anderson's shows are popular in Japan but I didn't knew the Japanese make Thunderbirds model kits.

  • tip 4 beginners: u don't need to use that much xpensive tamiya masking tape. just use it on the edges. I would use cheaper tape to fill out the rest...and oh...too bad he didn't preshade the panel lines :(
