The guy in games workshopt told me to overbrush with mordian blue after painting it with chaos black. as i asked for what is meant with overbrushing he told me, that i just have to paint the whole miniature with the colour.
I still have a couple of those pots left, but living in the Caribbean, in the tropics, the caps have begun to disintegrate. But dry up? Never! Those were the days...
good stuff man! Been considering Cfist's for a couple days, and remembered you did em, so found this. I like your painting style! All quick brushing that seems fairly easy! Keep it up!
Hey chef I've got an idea! You could just take some of the yellow stuff from the green stuff and just put it on the bottom of your pots, so they're on an angle so the paint drips into the pot instead of the rim, or waiting like half a minute every time you open it. Just a suggestion! Awesome fisters btw. 5/5! Also, how long does it take to do one model that way?
hey, I just wanted to know why to paint your crimson fists so light when you could have been lazier and just have high lighted the necron abyss with regal blue and washed it in asurmen?
Mostly because I like there to be a big contrast between the deepest crevices and the high points on the armour. Necron to Regal isn't enough of a difference for my taste. So in the end, I guess it's just up to preference =P
It actually looks like you weren't a lazy b*tch (just jk lol) and actually highlighted it without a dryvrush but it actually looks really cool, keep it up dude
My crimson fists have been necron abyss, regal blue, ultramarines blue, and shadow grey for a year now.... where's part 4?

No if you don't let it drip over time you'll have this big semi dried U shaped paint glob on the tip.
And if you neglect it long enough it will be mostly dry and you gotta get a tooth pick to dislodge it, and if you can, dump it back in the pot lol.
